JBbookstore.com guarantees that you will receive quality products that
are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted in product description).
We will take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe
delivery. JBbookstore.com backs all of its products with a 30 day
money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions outlined below, should you be
unsatisfied with your purchase or receive broken/defective times.
All software products are nonrefundable once opened, unless damaged or
defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same
product(s). JBbookstore.com is not responsible for the non-compatibility
of software with the customers computer system.
Under no circumstances will JBbookstore.com be obligated to honor any
return or broken/defective item requests made more than 30 days after the day
the order was shipped. No provision exists for sending back non-
JBbookstore.com titles - such returns will be discarded.
Broken/Defective Items
Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use
will be exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the
product is no longer in stock, JBbookstore.com will issue a full refund
for the product. JBbookstore.com reserves the right to inspect and verify
that item(s) are broken/defective prior to issuing a refund.
JBbookstore.com will arrange to pay shipping costs associated with
returning broken/defective item(s). Please call Customer Service at (410)
869-0024 prior to returning your item to arrange for shipping. JBbookstore.com
will NOT pay shipping costs that are not pre-arranged.

Return/Refund
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please return it returned in new
condition (sealed if it was sealed) to receive a full refund. Customer must pay

CANCELLATIONS
Orders
can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order
